Zachopoulou Evridiki, Ph.D.

Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education & Care, School of Social Sciences, International Hellenic University

Evridiki Zachopoulou has many years of teaching experience in postgraduate study programs in various universities and in undergraduate study programs. He has published more than 65 research articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has more than 120 presentations at World and International Conferences. The quality of her research work can be supported by the citations of her work, which exceed 2.000, while the h-index is 22. She has published two books in world-renowned publishing houses (Human Kinetics – USA, Palgrave Macmillan – UK ), and five chapters in collective volumes.

Since 2000, she has coordinated, supported and participated in funded research projects with a total budget of over 6.000.000,00€. She has organized training seminars for early childhood educators in many European countries and has been invited as a speaker in many International Conferences. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of scientific journals, and a member of the Organizing Committee of International and European Conferences.
